Our Story
MCR Luxury Homes was formed to fill a void in the North Dallas area. Specializing in the construction of unique speculative homes, we combine quality craftsmanship with premier locations. Our team brings over sixty years of collective expertise in both construction and real estate.
While our mission of curating these special homes sounds rather simple, it is commonly not achieved by others. We are dedicated to constructing homes of the highest quality, cutting edge design, and timeless elegance.
Our process starts with acquiring prime lots in the North Dallas area. The next step involves a lengthy collaboration with our architect and design teams ensuring optimal layout for each specific lot. When designing we want to ensure the latest design trends are incorporated, however it is of equal importance that our homes not only reflect modern tastes, but also maintain their beauty and relevance for decades to come.
Upon completion of the design phase, we move to the site preparation phase where we engage qualified professionals to review and verify the most crucial elements. The final and most important stage is construction. We manage our team of hand selected subcontractors many of which have been working with our team for over a decade. We place great emphasis on selecting skilled craftsman, reliable vendors, and professionals who meticulously attend to every detail.
The end result is a stunning home that is built to the highest construction standards, offering our buyers many years of proud ownership and enjoyment.

Daniel Greenberg
With over 19 years of experience in the real estate industry, Daniel Greenberg has consistently adhered to a set of guiding principles: prioritizing clients, upholding integrity, and maintaining a long-term perspective. His extensive knowledge, expertise, and passion for residential construction are evident in every project he undertakes.
Prior to forming MCR Luxury Homes during 2009 through 2016, Daniel played an integral role in an investment group that successfully acquired over 1.3 million square feet of light industrial, flex, and garden-style office properties throughout the North Dallas metroplex.
Prior to this, Daniel was recruited to manage the finance division and contribute to the development division at Genesis Real Estate Group, a national leader in multi-family institutional development. During his time in college, Daniel founded Campus Cribs, LLC, an innovative real estate brokerage firm specializing in residential tenant representation.
Daniel holds a Broker’s License in the State of Texas and is also an active member in the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR). Daniel attended the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business. Daniel was born and raised in Dallas and currently resides in Preston Hollow.
